The Coconut Grove real estate market has outperformed the rest of South Florida over the past year While other areas have seen total home prices fall 28%, Coconut Grove has only seen a 9% decrease in prices. This is due to the fact that we have a unique community, a stable market and not too much speculation. But this fact has also contributed to Coconut Grove's slow home sales because people who are only concerned with price point, are going to the other less expensive areas.
