Buyers in Aurora, if you where looking for a great investment, real estate is still the way to go.

Do you know is you purchase a home in July 2019, the average price in Aurora was $450,000, In 2020 the average house was 429,900 and 2021 it went up to $578,531 and now the average house in July 2022 is $564,9700.

That is better then what you could of got from the stock market and look at the rent you would of saved and the tax deduction on interest you would of got.

Call me for to set up a time to look at homes for your future investment.  Why pay rent were you only are loosing money.

Isn't it amazing how much appreciation homeowners are receiving! I closed a home today and their proceeds were more than what they paid for in 2016. They lived there for free for 6 years!
