The Price Is Right

Great advice!  I have had several clients sell their home at the right price, buy their new home in their dream location and end up with no mortgage.  They are all very happy! 

When I read your title, all I could think of was Bob Barker, Come on Down!

As I read your post, MargaretMargaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400 I think about all the people that moved from the State of California for political reasons which mean their home may have met their needs however the political climate did not. 

You get what you paid for.  Investors who bought junkie REO properties who did not get sold are still bagholding some of them dealing with bad tenants etc.

I too was reminded of the Price is Right. Timing in life is everything, isn't it?

That's a great advice Margaret!!! I agree with it 100%.

Its not a bad idea to use the equity in your home especially if you lived there a long time.

Hello Margaret and I know people should downsize the older they get, and I am one that need to move from a two story to a ranch but prices still high.

Margaret I am almost at the point in life that I will need to start taking some of what you stated into consideration.

As you indicated, there are many reasons why now might be a good time to sell a home. As Nina Hollander, Broker said, this call to action may get your phone ringing!

Those are good suggestions for homeowners thinking of selling, Margaret!
