Thanks for the info. I once tried to locate the flag pole base of the original Fort Mohave near Calvary Road and Infantry Road that was on the original maps. Could not locate it although I was close and pictures of it do exist. The original flag pole was closer to the wider Colorado River of the 1800s before the dams. Now it would be farther away from the more narrow river.  Interesting how our old cities were often measured from the flag pole in the Fort, such as in Flagstaff Arizona.
