Absolutely correct Ed Silva it is far better to pay your own mortgage than one that belongs to someone else!

I definitely believe it is the best hedge against inflation George Souto even when the market was way down all we had to do was wait a few years and we had equity again, haha.

That certainly is a long time Sheri Sperry - MCNE® but real estate is definitely meant to be a long-term investment.  Don't say that too loudly or Wayne Martin might get a big head, haha.

Short-term real estate investments are tough Kathy Streib I think that long-term is the way to go with real estate.
