Fortunately, I am amongst those realtors who can claim to have sold units in this market. Lately, Trump Palace, in Sunny Isles has shown more activity and it seems that buyers are beginning to close very good deals. Although foreclosures continue rising we are now seeing that sellers are pricing their units right.
