We can set up that for you as well. These searches can be very convenient as they screen out houses that aren't within your parameters and the e-mail with properties comes right into your e-mail box. We can set them to come to you once a week, or as homes are listed or come down in price. This can be very convenient if you are looking for a certain type of home in a certain price range that isn't typical. Some bank foreclosures are in this category. Once a bank forecloses on a property, they'll relist it as an REO property and sometimes they are practically giving them away. This way you can be among the first to see them so you can jump on a good one as soon as it comes available so no one else gets it!
