👨‍💼Home Equity is Good

Good morning, Wayne Martin do people even still use piggy banks these days?  I think it is sad that people don't know how to save.  I have always made it a point to pay myself first.

It seems that employers don't provide their employees with 401k's these days Bill Salvatore - East Valley and that is really a shame.

It definitely is the biggest advantage compared to renting Norma J. Elkins and much better to pay yourself than someone else, haha.

That is a bummer for them Joan Cox interest rates still seem relatively low to me though.

Not all Kathy Streib since there are so many people that still prefer to rent than own, haha.

That would surprise me as well Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS since equity is such a big advantage of owning a home.

Buyers are definitely losing out if they wait George Souto I have seen it time and time again.

I enjoy having equity in my home as well Grant Schneider it has opened some doors for me.

I definitely would not be wanting to pay a landlords mortgage instead of my own Diana Dahlberg
