August 31st Mortgage Market Wrap-up 14

M3ortgage backed securities were down 41 basis points today at 99.28 having closed 413 points below the 200 day moving average. The conforming rate is at 5.50% today.  My jumbo pricing is now sizzling! The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 4.875% with no points!. Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S., history tells us it is time to refinance!! Please call me at 203-981-8282.
