I am an old soul and seeing homes like these that do need updates, but still have some of their original details, like the knobs and the agate flooring just make me happy. Remodeling has it's perks and there are a lot of beautiful things that can be done to this place! There are a lot of vintage places and mid century beauties in the #DFW area. I love coming across them!
The old adage "they don't make them like they used to" is so true. There are some things that need to be changed and never gone back to, such as green shag carpeting. Have a care for #vintage items in these home! Some things can be worth money.
