This one was a quickie irrespective of the shift in the market!
I met them a few weeks back and they needed to be on the market as soon as possible. Drafted a strategy to sell the home in the current market condition. Walkthrough and went through the entire home to discuss things to fix & repair, what to put away, what to move or rearrange, and within a week.
