On September 16, 2022, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the condo and town-homes values lower 3.1% to the price of $625,000 in August of 2022 from price of $645,000 in July of 2022, but higher 4.2% from price of $600,000 in August of 2021 in California. While, the condo and town-homes sales increased 4.2% in August of 2022 from July of 2022, but fell 28.6% from August of 2021.
There were 2.4 months supplies of available inventory of condo and town-homes in July of 2022, down from 2.7 months in July of 2022, but jumped from 1.7 months in August of 2021 in California.
An average it took 17.0 days to sell a condo and town-home in August 2022, up from 13.0 days in July of 2022, and gained from 10.0 days in August of 2021 in California.
