For the intents of this review/analysis "luxury real estate" will be homes priced $1 Million and up. Currently there are 66 single family homes available from $1M to $6.5M. Two of these listings have been on the market 7 days or less.
The lowest priced home currently is a "new construction" home with 5 bedrooms, 4.1 baths, 3 car garage with aprx. 3,440 square feet. The home will include a full unfinished basement.
