👩‍🍳RECIPE No 24- Smoothie Bowl

Good afternoon Anna - thanks for the recipe for the smoothie bowl.  My daughter loves them.

Thanks for the recipe. In the morning I usually do a more simple version. 1 banana, 1 apple, cut up and into a blender with a 1/3 cup of oatmeal, add my daily vitamins plus a little bit of water, blend and drink!
