5 Comments on HomePointe rents out 60 homes in June 2008

Kudos!!! * I'm averaging one per day in July and am no where near your office/staff or portfolio size.  I'm fortunate many departing residents followed my move-out instructions and their homes were left "move-in ready"...

Our rental season started EARLIER and may last LONGER as incoming residents remain in their current homes hoping it will sell before they relocate.

Is that a higher number than average?  With all of the foreclosures going on, are you seeing a lot more renters?  It seems like that would be the case...  :)

Wallace:  Thanks, our rental season is 12 months long, no snow!

Debi:  50 is our average and we have rented as many as 80 in a month.  We are seeing a pretty normal market right now.  I keep expecting a landlords market but supply is keeping up with demand.  No big news either way at this point.

How hard is it for owners who have gone through foreclosure to rent a home from Homepointe? Do they get turned away?
