Debe Maxwell, CRS - the photographs are gorgeous. I had a nice photo editor from CRS years ago but when I got a new computer, I lost the app and never got an answer about how I could get it back. Whatever method you use, I think it stands out with excellence. 

As far as Fort Mill goes, I would definitely consider moving there if I planned to move to your area. Everything about it sounds perfect for what I would want, and of course, I wouldn't buy without you, if you'd have me for a client.

The drop off in sales must be more due to less inventory than anything else, although the interest rates would slow down some buyers.

Ahh, thank you, Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP! One of the photos, I believe, was taken by my photographer and if not, and I took it, I likely used the 'vivid' setting on my camera. I don't have an editor program - just my camera! 

A couple of weekends ago, we had a birthday party at our home and we watched the sunset together. We were all snapping photos and while we were sitting there passing our phones around, people couldn't believe how precise mine were - very true-to the colors we were seeing in the sky. I swear it's that 'vivid' setting that makes them look so true-to-life.

You would love Fort Mill! I recently had an AR referral to Charlotte and it was a single woman who fell in love with Fort Mill when I gave her the area tour. I was texting with her yesterday and she was telling me how that was the perfect spot for her. Every client I place there feels the same way...and you would too! You know I would LOVE to have you here!

Debe Maxwell, CRS - I love my 35mm Nikon but I lost my battery and haven't found a camera shop to get a replacement and I don't do Amazon shopping. I use Ribbit to get frames and use a blank canvass but otherwise I'm stuck with my cell phone for now. The class I took with CRS years ago on photography was great and that's where I learned a lot but unfortunately, I can't get the app. Oh, well. I do the best I can and always thought your photos were sharp and beautiful. 

It was nice hearing from you. You do a great job placing clients in the right locations.

We are hearing more and more buyer issues here with the heightened interest rates, Ed Silva. Our inventory is still not high but, it's growing, little-by-little. We are a transient metropolitan area that welcomes a LOT of high-tech, financial, energy and medical professionals to our area - many of whom are millennials. They are first-timers and the interest rates are more impactful to them than others. 

There are so many options that we are sharing with our buyer clients that are working wonderfully to get them in homes. As well, sellers knowing what THEY can do to attract the buyers is important. We are moving with the flow, right?!!
