Good evening Lise,

Good to see your market report. I think we are seeing the same thing across the country with September numbers except for a few areas.

Endre Barath, Jr.  living here in dC I feel like sometimes we have a front row seat on the foolishness unfortunately this group is happy to throw bread at the crowds to placate them rather like the ancient Romans with no concern about the economic consequences

Good morning Lise. Like Endre Barath, Jr. alluded. The problem is the leadership and if they lead us in I question if new will ever find a way out! In the meantime, we must move on! Enjoy your day.

Good morning, Lise... now that is an amazing infographic. As we used to say back in the 1960's it's "boss!" Our inventory has increased, but our new listings are still down year over year and in some cases compared with the last several months.
