I'm not a terrific tekkie, I admit it. However, I do try to use the many mediums available, with a select focus. I also was happy to be on several tech teams with my past employer as one who was actively utilizing the products offered.
But now, as Designated Broker and 1/2 owner of Tucson-area's Golden Girls with SW DesertHomes, I find I'm tackling a bit more as I take on new licensees.
So, hence, my call to customer service. Last fall I'd "parked" a few domain emails just in case we used them. They are different that what I am utilizing at the moment. Yesterday, in a rush to get business cards ordered and web forwarding in place - I hooked everyone up to the wrong accounts.
Needless to say I found myself in a pickle and didn't know how to fix it.
Bless GoDaddy and their 24/7 support. The representative on the phone didn't talk down to me, or sound impatient. Just helpful, professional, and I got immediate results.
So now, hopefully our growing pack of Golden Girls will receive their emails!!!
Off to test it out...
