Yesterday at a listing appointment I was pleased to see a wonderful site. A fantastic Blue Ridge View only a few minutes to Charlottesville. So I took a couple of preliminary pictures to share:

Good morning Charles, this is a beautiful view, sure is nicer looking then the view I have of my fence.

Charles I love the view from the backyard, and I am sure the house will be lovely.

The view is very nice....I too love a big back yard.

Goodness Charles. I don't which I love more, the view of the mountain ridge or the view of the pond.

What a combination.

Charles, it just makes you want to put down a blanket and have a picnic.

You do the BEST pictures! What camera do you use anyhow. You must be a pro photographer!

Barbara, thanks. I think I just have great things to take photos of. I use a small Sony, nothing special.

Charles it is a very relaxing photo. You have some pretty country to work with.

Charles - very good pre marketing - Great views are always a welcome plus when you are marketing a home.
