Brian yes there are several things that can be done to "boost the housing supply and affordability", but the question is, is the Federal Government and local municipalities going to do them???

The Fed is meeting today and the talking heads say that we will see another 3/4 of a point raise tomorrow.  I hope this does not put us in a tailspin. Fingers crossed!
