Sometimes we feel good and hopefully we feel good most of the time.
Moving ones home location will cause a rollercoaster of emotion and feeling "good" often gets pushed out of sight, or at least to the back burner.
Even the most spiritually balanced will find it a challenge to keep a state of tranquility. There are the backaches, the person holding up the other end of the couch causing you to go to fast or to slow up the steps and there are the "discussions" as to where this or that piece is to go. Feel good moments can be hard to find during a move.
And then... sometimes you feel great! Times when a room comes together, when the kids quit fighting, when you soak in a perfectly poured bath at the end of the day, and when your spouse suggests we eat at your favorite restaurant tonight.
As they say, seize the moment, do a happy dance, recognize your achievements (you moved that hide-a-bed and no one was seriously injured), and share your joy with others. Joy is contagious spread it to others.
