Thinking about coming to Texas with a Tesla?
The number of Tesla Chargers is what you see times two. This parking lot had more Tesla Supercharging Stations than handicap parking. I couldn't get them all in the same picture frame. This used to be the parking lot for the Collins Street Bakery on I-35 in Waco. Now it is filled with Tesla Chargers and shared parking with the Collins Street Bakery. Waco is about midway between Austin and Dallas Fort Worth. It is located about 102 miles to Flower Mound and approximately 95 miles to Austin
Brian England, if you ever feel like taking a road trip to Texas, perhaps Dorie Dillard Austin TX, myself, and other Texans or anyone from other states could meet up with you at the Collins Street Bakery Home of the Deluxe world famous Fruit Cake. They have been in business since 1896 serving breakfast and lunch. Good coffee! Sorry, no libations. I'm sure you would have no problem finding a Supercharger!
As they say, Texas does everything BIG. Maybe that's why Tesla ending up in Austin?
