Do you save your e-mails using the same file name that they came to you with? How can you expect to find them if someone else has named them?
When you save an e-mail message or attachment, rename it with a word that comes to your mind—not someone else’s.
Don’t even get me started with saving them as numbers.
There is no easier way to find something than by using your very own words.
