What a nice surprise to see ActiveRain launching Outside Blogs, I wish to thank the staff at ActiveRain

in making this positive improvement for each of us.

The template was easy to follow and the improvements will really help the real estate community

"One Stop" posting location.

Blogging can be a fulltime job.

The morning has been used for watering the yard, making the changes on Outside Blogs, responding to a e-mail from a prospective sellers who may want to sell a lot in Sonora Meadows.

What I love about real estate you never no minute by minute what may occur next.

I talked with a local contractor and we are going to write an offer on some acreage with a 7 day closing.

Happy 4th to each of you and if your in the Sonora- Murphys area there will be a grand fireworks show at Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys on Saturday July 5th.
