Ready to get spooky this Halloween? These 5 Halloween marketing ideas for real estate agents are sure to get you in the holiday spirit! From hosting a haunted house open house to passing out candy with your contact information, these ideas are sure to please both your clients and your wallet. So, get creative, have fun, and happy haunting!
- Host a Haunted House Open House: This is a great way to show off your listing in a unique way. Decorate the inside of your listing (with permission) with spooky decorations and have some fun with it! Be sure to promote your open house so that people know to come by. You can even offer refreshments like candy or cider to get people in the Halloween mood.
- Pass Out Candy With Your Contact Information: A classic way to promote your business and spread some holiday cheer at the same time! Be sure to purchase candy that is individually wrapped so that people can easily take it with them. You can even purchase Halloween-themed candy wrappers that have your contact information printed on them.
- Decorate Your Office or Car: Get into the holiday spirit by decorating your office or car with Halloween-themed decorations. You can go as simple or as elaborate as you want, but be sure to put up some pumpkins and ghosts so that people know you mean business! If you want to go all out, you can even dress up yourself or your staff in costume. Just be sure that whatever you do doesn’t interfere with your ability to work (i.e., no masks that obstruct your vision!).

You can even hand out flyers at the event itself, so people have your information when they’re ready to buy or sell a home.
- Have a Contest For Best Costume: This is a great way to engage with your clients and have some fun at the same time! Simply announce a contest for the best costume, either via email or on social media, and let people submit their photos. You can even offer a prize for the winner, like a gift card to a local restaurant or store. And don’t forget to take plenty of pictures so you can remember all the good times!
