Average days on market, decreased to 12 days from 14 days compared with the same quarter one year ago. Quarter-over-quarter average days on market decreased 13 days. Median days on market increased by two days year-over-year to six days.
Average sale price for single family homes in Baxter Village in the Third Quarter 2022 was $733,500, up 16.2% year-over-year. Quarter-over-quarter, the average sale price increased $11,595.
