Just a few reminders
Dust cobwebs!! Cobwebs in the wrong places can zap your home's energy efficiency, impact allergies, not to mention just look nasty and oh-so spooky!!
You may want to make sure all the previous owners have vacated, including the four, 6, 8, and more-legged kinds. If you need a referral to an expert ask me, or your real estate professional.
You should have had a home inspection before settling on your home to make sure that the squeaks and groans that you hear are just normal and not evidence of something more serious!! Ask your real estate professional for a referral to an expert inspector!
Be prepared for all the Goblins and Ghouls that are sure to visit you this evening, perhaps ask your new neighbors what to expect!!
