This is a Swarthmore Mailing Address, but Springfield School District.

Hi Rich, for me the pictures move too fast, and I don't get a good sense of what the house is like.  Just in case that is your listing!

Suzanne, I appreciate the critique. This animoto video was not intended to serve as a virtual tour. I would also have taken more pictures if it was my listing (it is a listing of another agent in my office - Sheila Firor) With animoto, the only way to slow the pace of the pictures is to pick slower tempo music, since the transitions are set to the tempo of the music.

Don - thanks. Yes, the property seems priced about $20K lower than comparable properties in the neighborhood. I think they should get an offer quickly.
