It's not always easy to come up with something to write about. RE/MAX is kind enough to give me a content calendar and as silly as it might seem, today is Smart Home Day!

I have a client who recently met with a company that deals with Smart Homes. His thermostat, interior and exterior lighting, his alarm system, and garage doors, were all smart! Personally, I don't think I'm smart enough for a smart home, but for folks younger and more cable-ready, this is a good thing!

I do it the old-fashioned way, but this does seem so much more efficient!

Susan Mangigian So great to see your smiling face! I do agree as I do have younger friends that have their entire condo set up as smart. They set up an Alexa for me I guess it is an echo - well sometimes I call her Siri and I get annoyed when this smart devise does not answer

Hey friend, you could so handle those smart settings they aren't that smart, they need us to turn them on and off. It is just a different tool.
