A Second on Ten Moment
Well, Sorta. . .
My Number Two November Challenge Post
Published on the Tenth
Anyone who even vaguely knows me, is aware that sports and I are not closely aligned. Never in the past, likely not in the future. But that doesn't stop me from trying.
Though days of real estate-specific writing have been sidelined, parts of that history remain with me. In fact, each of us brings forth a cumulative story with each day or with each post. Interceptions as well as tackles can greet us whenever and wherever we hit the field. Why is the term "Hail Mary" coming to mind? This can't be a religious awakening, can it?
I attempt to make relevant points. Hence, second on ten as this post title suggests. I see a possible fumble in my future so I will take a time-out. However, I warn you, it will be brief.
Over my years on this planet and on this site, there have been combinations of moments experienced and lessons learned. Adaptability and adjustment are part of it some say. And I can’t disagree. In fact, as you have read, I just did. And it's something I repeat. Often.
During recent AR seasons, I have studied the pondering playbook. Reaching a scoring moment is an admirable goal but other strategies may also be on the agenda. Let's face it, realizing the exact destination of any post (or a pass) may take is not always clear. Just like life, we do the best we can.
I continue to be grateful that I can choose to adapt and adjust. I think it's important. Not easy but always necessary, nonetheless. In life, while visiting ActiveRainLand or wherever the pondering path leads.
