Ingredients:
1/3 cup all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg 4 boneless pork loin chops
3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs 2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 450. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil
Place four in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk egg with 1 tablespoon water. In a third bowl, combine panko, parmesan and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Dip pork in flour, then egg, and finally in panko mixture, pressing to adhere. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add chops and cook, working in batches if necessary until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Put chops on baking sheet, Bake until crisp and cooked through.
