Look way back to 1960s. I realize that some of you might not have been around during that period. To be perfectly honest. Those were my grade school days. I just think it is interesting to see how those days were as compared to the present days.
Most recessions were not accompanied by plunging property prices. Real Estate prices are not going to plunge right now. We are going thru a price adjustment but it is still a good time to buy or sell if you are interested.
And the situation today is far better than it was in 2007-2008 in terms of home equity, inventory levels and lending practices.
