Ocean Grove has some new neighbors!

The other day while showing property in Swansea's Ocean Grove neighborhood, I had the opportunity to meet the new neighbors!

This new family has made quite a splash with the fans!

Ocean Grove is a neighborhood located on the Cole's River in Swansea, MA.

Formerly a summer community, many of the homes have been updated over the years to provide year round residence.

Ocean Grove offers the residents of Swansea the town beach and boat ramp. Residents can purchase their beach stickers for $10.00.

The neighborhood of Ocean Grove is located right of route 103, with easy access to route 195 making for a short commute to Providence. Currently homes for sale in Ocean Grove start at $129,500!

Suzanne - Very cute indeed. Though, when I was golfing a year back ... I had an near-fatal encounter with a similiar family after looking for yet another errant hit coming off my club. They are cute, but you don't want to make them mad ....

Very nicely done Suzanne - and yes, they are indeed very cute. But what really intrigues me - what does $129,000 buy you in Ocean Grove?

Gee is it that time of the month already? Just teasing Suzanne but I notice trends and you are setting the pace with your monthly post! :-) On a serious note that sound like a great opportunity for someone to purchase an inexpensive home to use as a summer cottage. Wish I had looked in that area years ago because the drive to Maine seems to be getting longer and more expensive....

Suzanne - very cute pic. And what a clever way to introduce the neighborhood. We had a duck family waddle through our yard recently on the way to a nearby pond.

Suzanne, I have posted a few wild life shots they subject seamed most cooperative Mine on the other hand are more skiddish the deer, bear, fox and coyote in my yard don't stay around long enough to have their picture taken. Steve

Those swans are beautiful. Amazing that they just walk around throught the neighborhood. It really looks quaint.

Love the Swans! The weather is whacky here today. I got caught in a wind/ rain storm about an hour ago in Taunton.. and my shock absorbers need replacing. Talk about the ride of my life!
