Both houses and condominiums are seeing a lot of activity for October 2022 in Mountains Edge real estate. Prices for Mountains Edge Houses were down by 2%, but their square footage was down by 4%. This means the price per square foot went up. Prices for condos went down by 6% and their square footage went down by 9%. All in all, a strong market for Mountains Edge real estate.
