Staying Happy Most of the Time

By

The more you work on what I am about to say here the easier it is to actually stay happy most of the time. Think of some successful experience you have had in your past, think of three or four of them... Got it? Remember in the beginning it was somewhat tough, but as time went on you became great at it. Well, this time is just like that time.

I am sure you know already if you are in sales, it is stressful some of the time. When you focus on positive past experiences, staying happy most of the time becomes so much easier.

No matter what you take on in your life, as a child, teen, or adulthood there will always be challenges, reading a few minutes each day-MAKE IS A HABIT, and having friends who are upbeat and fun to be with around you as much as possible makes for this to become fun and easy.

Keeping your mind occupied, be active, 10 to 14 hours a day. You can always take a 10, 15, or 45-minute break when needed. Even if you are no longer employed keeping the brain and body occupied is great for you. You do this and you won't be saying you can't go to sleep. You will be worn out and sleep will be easy also.

I hope your day is as great as mine.

Dan, it is important to stay happy, as this business can bring you down at times.

I agree, an idle mind is not a good thing!
