Coming South this time of year can be nice, especially if Denver is having some "winter" weather in the Fall. This is what happened this week, and almost the entire week was to be in the 20s and 30s. GOOD TIME to go South! Woke Tuesday morning to a light dusting of snow, and was very worried the flight would be delayed getting into Florida. It was melted in a few hours, and definitely before my flight left.
My friends here, once (twice) were clients, but became very good friends, and why when they called to tell me they needed to sell the house, it was a sad day!
Must be nice to have your very own pool in the back yard, and behind you is a lake (but they call it a pond). Lots of birds, lots to watch going on back there! My friends SAID there was a frog on the porch somewhere, but have been on frog alert, and NO FROG. We don't have frogs, so would be nice to see it. Last night driving the golf cart to the restaurant for dinner, we surveyed the ponds looking for alligators, but NONE.
Beautiful views!
And lots of fun playing with Nuka and Coda, their malamute pups! One is 120# and not sure how much Nuka is - probably 80#.
Sure was nice to see my Ring Doorbell go off this morning before 5 am, and it was the shovelers on my driveway.
There will be an ActiveRain meet-up for lunch, so will share tomorrow!
