The Importance of Visual Impact

I've seen a disappointing trend lately - agents are sending out poor quality materials with low visual impact. It doesn't matter if it is your listing presentation materials, marketing materials, or farming materials, your visual impact is extremely important.

3 Things Every Branded Marketing Piece Needs:

  • First, it needs a consistent style. This is color, fonts, logo, and design elements that bring it all together.
  • Second, use the best quality paper your budget allows. Flimsy paper looks awful and doesn’t reflect you in a positive light.
  • Third, and most important, it has to have your personality and professionalism!

Anything visual that represents you needs impact. Watch the video for more tips on how to maximize your visual impact and if you want to learn more about how my team can create an incredible brand for your entire business, take a look here or check out some of our case studies.

At first, I thought you were talking about videos and its impact. No, no, it's much more than you showing up on video, it's ALL visual impressions that you can do to stand out and shine in your profession. Very well explained and so important!

Kat - Thank you! Yes. Yet, a lot of agents are missing this crucial piece from their business and are handing out generic brokerage materials or worse. It does make life easier for agents who take the time to look good - Denise
