It's time we all get real....We have been riding a wave of unprecedented real estate growth. If we understood...we saved for hard times. I too am hurting but o.k. for a couple years. By then our market should be somewhat back on track....Work smart, count your pennies and network online. Fighting the current market conditions will only frustrate you. One can't make water from a rock. I for one have been advising people not to sell at this time....it hurts but I believe the advise is in their best interest as long as they are not under duress. Anybody want to help pay for my sons college?
