Missy, that area is beautiful, I love the country setting. My husband grew up out that way and we took the kids there this past summer. We went through Howell, Hell, Pickney. They had that road bash thing going on then was crazy. People wetting the roads around the curves and others in their cars just spinning their tires, everyone cheering them on.  lol Small town event, but that is what makes small towns so great. I am sure those spots will go pretty fast.

Missy...

Wanted to stop by and wish you good luck in the rest of the AR contest.  Don't think you'll be needing it, I'm sure you have a free ticket to San Francisco :).   Have fun, and I'll come around to cheer you on to victory!!  Liz

Missy, those are some great prices for that much land.  Tree lined also; it doesn't get better than that.

I'm always amazed by the price variances across the country. These lots are gorgeous! Out here in my community South of Seattle, they would be priced about 300K apiece! You are lucky to still have affordable real estate.

Good Evening Missy, That is such a wonderful local post and wow, lots under $100,000. Looks like it will be very successful and they will sell these out . Is there a certain time requirement for getting plans approved and building out the lot? Or can the lot be help on speculation?

Terry, there is no restrictions on the size homes to be built here. My guess is they will range from 250K and up.

William, no time frame, it is zoned AG, agriculture, so you can add pole barns if you want to. Yes you could do a spec home, but most builders in MI aren't able to get funds to do spec houses, the builders have moved South.

Missy- Nicely presented, you gave potential buyer a feel for the property and showed the the wildlife they will likely encounter.  Pricing is also very attractive.  Happy selling.
