As I write this post, there are 243 listings, which is a decrease from last month (277) available with 150 pending listings. There are a few higher-end neighborhoods with multi-million dollar homes, yet even these homes are selling fairly quickly. Parker is seeing a bit of a slowdown as well, as the active listings have 76 days on market, and the pending properties have 52 days on market.
