I'm trying to put together a Home Buyer's Tool Kit that has down to earth, practical information that will help consumers in the home buying process.  Here are a few of the ideas I have for the tool kit:

1.  A pamplet how on to avoid the most frequent and costly mistakes of home buyers.

2.  A guide to finding a home on the Internet.

3.  A consumer's guide to help them find the right agent

4.  A home checklist for rating the homes they visit.

Well, you get the idea.  I really want the tool kit to meet REAL needs and address REAL concerns that the typical buyer might have.  What do you think about the above subjects and can you think of others that might be a helpful addition to my Buyer's Tool Kit?  Thanks!!

You can include REindex.com in the Internet guide part.  And for the other parts of the kit I'd include info about your area.  I give them lots of info about septic systems, home inspections, flood areas, etc.

Thanks, Heath.  I took a look at the REindex site and added a link.  Hopefully it'll be accepted.  I appreciate the other ideas as well.

Ron - this is a great idea.  Perhaps a moving checklist to help them not miss anything would help them as well.
