What a cool looking investment Buzz Mackintosh . Having purchased a couple of older multi-family units in the past I've learned you best set aside a maintenance fund for such units ad don't start that fund with less then $5,000. on day one, While it looks beautiful you don't know what is behind those walls or under the basement floor.
