I spent the last few days looking for property in Owings Mills, Maryland. My son is heading out that way for Medical School and is hoping to find a home to buy. There were definitly lots of choices and many foreclosures and short sales in the condos and townhouses we were looking at.
While they are working on loan information they will rent and it seems that a great deal will come along so that after 4 years of school there they can spent their money on their own home and not someone elses investment.
I was impressed with the community and it will be fun to have them show us more of the area when we visit.
