As everyone is aware of, this is a buyersmarket in the ciy of Pensacola,Florida. I have a first time homebuyer that got into a home with no money down and the seller paid all his closingcost. Granted, the buyer went VA, but the seller paid his prepaids along with the closing costs incurred by the buyer. I am finding the sellers are having to make concessions on the buyers behalf.
