Riverside County, California Homes Sales & Values Report November Of 2022

On December 16, 2022, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported an annualized homes values declined 3.3% to the price of $580,000 in November of 2022 from price of $599,900 in October of 2022, and down 1.2% from price of $586,900 in November of 2021 in Riverside County, California. While, homes sales in California dropped 12.0% in November of 2022 from October of 2022, and fell 47.5% from November of 2021 in Riverside County, California.

There were 4.2 months supplies of available inventory of homes in November of 2021, higher from 3.9 months in October of 2022, and rose from 1.8 months in November of 2021 in Riverside County, California.

An average it took 29.0 days to sell a home in November 2022, up from 28.0 days in October of 2022, and jumped from 14.0 days in November of 2021 in Riverside County, California.
