According to www.Kiplinger.com Houston is the #1 city in nation to work, live and play. They also said Houston should see a modest increase in sales in the 2nd half of 2008 " as more buyers are able to access affordable mortgages, according to the latest forecast by the National Association of Realtors". So this is a bit of good news for all of us here in the Bayou City. Keep your heads guys and girls we will make it though this rough time together.
That is incredible bragging rights and great news for Houston Texas! Best wishes!
Thanks for sharing, Christy! I just forwarded to our Team Leader at the Katy Keller Williams office.
Okay I can't help it. who took the photo's on your website, especially the one in top left corner? who are those people behind you? is that a backdrop?
Now Greg I can't give away all my secrets can I. That might put me out of a job and I know you don't want that do you? LOL
Julie- Not a problem. I live out in Katy...do you live in Katy as well? Check out my new website I am looking for input on it www.retainclientsforlife.com It is for realtors and has lots of information on it as well as more information about me. Let me know what you think.
Yes, Maam, I've been in Katy for 27 years, selling real estate for more than 19. For a long time, I was with Re/Max Westside and Re/Max Cinco Ranch on Mason Rd. I made the switch to Keller Williams Katy @ Cinco Ranch and just love it!
The new website is awesome, very professional. I am in the process of having a blogsite built by the Tomato folks. My last name is Fuelling; it will be "Fuelling Katy" with an old Texaco feel.
Would like to visit with you about lending, call me when you have the time at 281-220-2100, ext 995. Best wishes for a safe and happy holiday! Julie
Julie - I would love to talk with you, how about I give you a call later this evening. Katy is a very nice place my husband and I and my two sons moved from Sugar Land about 4 years ago and they just love it here. Thank you for the website review....I also have a forum on my site for members to ask questions and bring up topics related to the industry. Have a Happy fourth of July as well...i will try and call later this evening.
Great news! Now if you can only get the local newspaper to write a positive article about houston real esate!
Heath-that is an awesome idea! I don't have any friends that are journalist though. Not too much pull on my end for that happening.
