It's 2023: Start Off With a Positive
It was a year of strange happenings and our real estate world saw changes that had many scrambling especially as interest rates rose and the market took a shift.
The start of 2023 will have its uncertainties and many will have a mindset of positives with their resolutions. I have passed enough January 1's to know that for me, at least it's a waste of time, albeit a good thought.
No gym membership for me, if I see that piece of cheesecake, it will get devoured, and I will appease my addiction if a chance to hit the links arises.
No New Year's resolutions for me, as they will be busted up within a few short weeks.

With the shift in the market, although different across the country, it could be time to make some adjustments to the way I have been chasing business.
I have been on this platform long enough to know that what may be discussed or posted is usually an indication of how business will be appreciated and its typically months in advance of how the 'experts' will describe the business.
We have the benefit of some of the best real estate professionals from all areas of the country offering up sound advice almost daily. Time to pay attention and change up a few things to make 2023 a good year for business.
I have heard enough on recent Zoom calls, to know that social media needs to be tweaked to reach a very attentive and receptive audience.
Time to start off on the right foot with a positive.
