I'm not sure if Modern Pizza in New Haven, CT has been blogged about before. If it has, it needs to be blogged about again.

I have forgotten how good the pizza is here. My sons and I went here for dinner tonight because I was craving a thin crust pizza.. with LOTS of flavor. It did NOT let me down.

There was NO lines, and service was very fast and efficient. Pepe's and Sally's are in the area too, and are also very good, but this place is EASY on and off I-91 as well.

I would recommend this restaurant highly to anyone in the New Haven, CT area.

Valerie, Modern Pizza is very good, and you do not have the wait in line that you have at Pepe's or Sally's, but I do prefer Pepe's to the other two. However, I hate to wait in line so I call ahead and do take out :) :)

George.. To me there isn't THAT much difference in flavor of the pies to stand in line at Pepe's. Plus I like the convenience of Modern.. on and off highway.
