The Two Rivers REIA of Central Iowa, LLC will be hosting a speaker from the David Lindahl Group.    

David Lindahl is a RE Mentor extraordinaire.  He and his team offer workshops that get to the heart of what RE investors need to know about flipping/rehabbing houses (for cash now!), building a serious income stream through multi-family income property ownership (for cash monthly!), how to hire subcontractors properly (to preserve your cash!), etc. 

If you are within a couple hours drive of Des Moines, we're going to make your drive and time worthwhile!   Drop a note to mailto:andrewl@remax.net if you have any questions!    Be sure to save the date of November 1.   

This is an expanded version of our regular Saturday morning meetings and will be held at the John and Mary Pappajohn Education Center in Des Moines.

Hi Stewart!

Nice post here and a better post at the link you gave!   I've enhanced our "Seminar Registration" form at our Two Rivers REIA dot org website and I'm here at the office on a Sunday, trying to get prepared for the big event.  

I'm expecting we'll have a really great turnout but as you know, even with great speakers and education, one has to promote, promote, promote.  If you don't mind, I will add your link to our registration page.   Let me know if you have a problem with that, okay?
