Two Rivers REIA Hosts David Seymour of the David Lindahl Group - 11/1/2008 - 8:00AM

The Two Rivers REIA of Central Iowa, LLC will be hosting a speaker from the David Lindahl Group.

David Lindahl is a RE Mentor extraordinaire. He and his team offer workshops that get to the heart of what RE investors need to know about flipping/rehabbing houses (for cash now!), building a serious income stream through multi-family income property ownership (for cash monthly!), how to hire subcontractors properly (to preserve your cash!), etc.

This is an expanded version of our regular Saturday morning meetings and will be held at the John and Mary Pappajohn Education Center in Des Moines.

Hi Stewart!

Nice post here and a better post at the link you gave! I've enhanced our "Seminar Registration" form at our Two Rivers REIA dot org website and I'm here at the office on a Sunday, trying to get prepared for the big event.
